TEDC Board Meeting Minutes

Membership meeting called to order by Mark Herbison.   Mark read the slate of officers presented by the nominating committee, which was comprised of past presidents Jim Roland, Forcum Lannom Contractors, Kim Denton, President of the Oak Ridge Economic Partnership and John Bradley, Sr. VP of Economic Development for TVA.

Mark called for any other nominations and accepted the motion and second that the slate of officers be elected as presented by the committee.
